Reditus has no native Zapier app. Zapier gets your Reditus data through our webhooks or our API, and your Zap passes it on to any app you use.

Run your own affiliate onboarding
When an affiliate joins your program (partnership.accepted), your Zap can add them to your CRM or email tool and start your own onboarding emails instead of the Reditus ones.
Give in-app referral rewards
When a lead comes in (lead.created), the webhook tells you which user recommended which other user. Your Zap passes that on to wherever you apply the reward you promised: a discount, an extra trial or credits.
Log every new referral
Send each new referral (referral.created) to your CRM or a spreadsheet, so your sales team sees which signups came through an affiliate.
Pull data from our API
Not everything comes in as an event. A Zap can also request data from the Reditus API, such as your referrals, with a Webhooks by Zapier GET step.
Setup Guide
Create a Zap with a Catch Hook trigger
In the Zap editor, add a trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier and select the Catch Hook event. Zapier then shows your webhook URL in the Test tab. Copy it.
Add the URL in Reditus
In Reditus, open Settings and go to Webhooks, then add the Zapier URL there. Our developer documentation covers what each event sends.
Send a test event
Trigger one real event, for example a test signup through the test link on your installation tab if you catch referral.created. You can also try it first on the Reditus staging environment (app.getreditus.net). Back in the Test tab, click Test trigger: Zapier splits the webhook into fields you can use in the next steps.
Add your actions and publish
Add the apps that should receive the data, map the Reditus fields and publish the Zap. From then on, every new event runs it.
How the connection works
Reditus sends a webhook when one of five events happens in your affiliate program or in-app referral program, such as an affiliate joining or a lead coming in. Webhooks by Zapier gives you a URL to receive it, so each event can start a Zap. From there the data goes wherever your Zap sends it: your CRM, your email tool, a spreadsheet or your own backend.
Besides the webhooks, there's our API, which works in both directions: you can pull data out of it, and payments go into Reditus through it (more on that below).
The webhook events Reditus sends
- Affiliate program: partnership.accepted (an affiliate joins your program) and referral.created (a new referral for one of your affiliates).
- In-app referral program: advocate.created (a new advocate), lead.created (a referred person comes in, and the webhook tells you which user recommended them) and reward.created (a new reward for one of your advocates).
Most customers use them for two things: giving in-app referral rewards when a lead comes in, and sending affiliate data to their own systems, for example to run their own onboarding. The details of each event are in our developer documentation.
Sending data into Reditus
Payments flow the other way. If you bill with Stripe, use our native Stripe connection. On Paddle, Chargebee, Lemon Squeezy or another processor, you send your payments to Reditus through our Payments API. Forwarding all payments typically takes about 4 hours to set up, depending on your processor. The full guide: run your affiliate program with any payment processor.
Some customers skip Zapier and build on the API and webhooks directly. Snitcher built a fully custom in-app referral program on the Reditus API in days and has enrolled 2,600+ advocates.
Use the native integrations where we have them
HubSpot, User.com and Slack connect to Reditus directly, so for what they cover you don't need Zapier. Use Zapier for the rest of your stack. Prefer Make? It works the same way: see Reditus with Make.
Questions
Is there a native Reditus app in Zapier?
No, you won't find Reditus in Zapier's app list. You connect the two with the Webhooks by Zapier trigger (Catch Hook), which receives the webhooks Reditus sends.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes. Webhooks by Zapier, the app whose Catch Hook trigger receives our webhooks, isn't on Zapier's Free plan. Zapier's help center lists it on the Professional, Team and Enterprise plans (checked October 2026).
Which Reditus plans include webhooks and the API?
Every plan, starting with Growth: API and webhook access is always included.
What data can I send to Zapier?
The data in the events above: new partnerships and referrals from your affiliate program, and new advocates, leads and rewards from your in-app referral program. The developer documentation has the details of each event. Through the API you can pull the rest of your Reditus data as well.
