35 Top B2B Affiliate Marketing Tools: The Verified List (2026)

Which affiliate marketing tools actually earn a place in your stack in 2026? We verified 35 tools (every price checked against the vendor's live pricing page) and organized them by the job they do, from affiliate management platforms to recruitment, payouts, and compliance tools.

Affiliate marketing tool lists have a shelf life. Prices change, products pivot, and some tools quietly disappear, which is why we rebuilt this guide from scratch in July 2026 and verified every tool against its own website before including it.

The result: 35 tools that are alive, priced accurately, and genuinely useful for running a B2B SaaS affiliate program, organized by the job you need done, from managing your program to recruiting affiliates, paying them, and staying compliant.

Whether you are launching your first program or scaling an existing one, this is the stack to build from.

Quick picks: the shortlist

  • Best all-in-one for B2B SaaS: Reditus (affiliate program, in-app referral, and a 26,000+ affiliate network in one platform), from $99/month
  • Best budget trackers to start with: FirstPromoter or Rewardful, from $49/month
  • Best for enterprise partner ecosystems: PartnerStack (custom pricing)
  • Best free tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity
  • Best for content-led affiliate growth: Semrush, from $117.33/month billed annually

What are B2B affiliate marketing tools?

B2B affiliate marketing tools are the software you use to run a partner-driven acquisition channel: tracking referrals, managing commissions, recruiting affiliates, paying them, and measuring results. In B2B SaaS the model is usually recurring (affiliates earn a percentage of subscription revenue for months or years), which is why accurate tracking and reliable payouts matter more here than in one-off ecommerce deals. If you are still deciding how to structure your program, our guide to affiliate revenue model examples walks through the options.

No single tool does everything. The categories below map to the jobs you will actually need to do: pick one tool per job, and skip the categories that do not apply to your stage yet.

How we picked and verified these tools

Every tool in this list was checked in July 2026 against its own live website: does it still exist, does it still do the job this category needs, and what does it actually cost today? The starting prices below come straight from each vendor's pricing page. Where a vendor does not publish pricing, we say so instead of guessing.

That process removed nine tools from the previous version of this guide (some pivoted to a different business model, some no longer fit B2B SaaS, and one brand was retired entirely) and added two verified replacements. A shorter list of tools you can rely on beats a longer one you can't.

Affiliate management platforms

This is the core of the stack: the software that gives affiliates their links and dashboards, attributes signups and payments, calculates recurring commissions, and handles payouts. What to look for: a direct integration with your billing system (Stripe support is table stakes), proper support for recurring commissions, fraud detection, automated payouts, and, if recruitment is your bottleneck, whether the platform brings affiliates to you or only manages the ones you find yourself.

1. Reditus

Screenshot from Reditus website.

Reditus is a B2B SaaS affiliate management platform that combines three things in one product: an in-app referral program, a full affiliate program toolkit, and access to a network of 26,000+ B2B SaaS affiliates. That last part is the differentiator: instead of launching a program and hoping affiliates find you, you can recruit from an existing pool via the marketplace (where affiliates browse SaaS affiliate programs), a vetted affiliate database with verified first-party data, and an AI discovery agent that suggests affiliates based on your competitors and keywords, available on every plan.

Campaigns let you pay affiliates upfront bonuses for specific actions (a comparison article, a G2 review, five paid referrals in a month) on top of their recurring commissions, which activates affiliates much faster than a listing alone. Payouts are automated on all plans (5% credit card / 2% invoice fee), and migrating from another tool is free and white-glove: affiliates keep their existing links.

Pricing: from $99/€99 per month on annual billing, with a 14-day free trial (no credit card required).

2. FirstPromoter

Screenshot from FirstPromoter website.

FirstPromoter is one of the best-known affiliate tracking tools for SaaS and a solid way to get a first program off the ground: tracking, affiliate dashboards, campaign management, and payout handling in a straightforward package. It focuses on managing your own program: there is no affiliate network attached, so recruitment stays your job. Many teams start here and migrate once recruiting becomes the bottleneck; see Reditus vs FirstPromoter for a side-by-side.

Pricing: from $49/month (Starter, up to $5,000/month in affiliate-generated revenue); 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

3. Rewardful

Screenshot from Rewardful website.

Rewardful is a Stripe-first affiliate and referral tracking tool: if you bill through Stripe, you can have a working program in an afternoon. It is an excellent zero-to-one option, and its Affiliate Finder helps surface potential partners on the web, though without a network or vetted database behind it, recruitment remains largely manual. Compare the two approaches in Reditus vs Rewardful.

Pricing: from $49/month (Starter, up to $7,500/month in affiliate-generated revenue); 14-day free trial.

4. Tolt

Tolt is a newer affiliate management tool built specifically for SaaS startups: clean interface, unlimited affiliates on every plan, and a branded affiliate portal. Like the other trackers in this category it manages the program you already have rather than bringing you partners, but it is a genuinely pleasant tool to run one on. See Reditus vs Tolt for where each fits.

Pricing: from $69/month (Basic, up to $10,000/month earned by affiliates); 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

5. Tapfiliate

Screenshot from Tapfiliate website.

Tapfiliate tracks affiliate, referral, and influencer programs across both SaaS and ecommerce, with a wide range of integrations. Note that its "Affiliate Offers" feature is the reverse of a marketplace (affiliates post offers that companies apply to), so there is no marketplace of SaaS programs for affiliates to browse. A flexible choice if you run campaigns across several channels; see Reditus vs Tapfiliate for the B2B SaaS angle.

Pricing: from $74/month on annual billing ($89 month-to-month); 7-day free trial on the Launch plan.

6. Post Affiliate Pro

Screenshot from Post Affiliate Pro website.

Post Affiliate Pro is one of the longest-running affiliate software products on the market, with an enormous feature set: multi-level commission structures, dozens of tracking methods, and near-unlimited configurability. That depth can feel heavier than the modern SaaS-focused tools above, but if you have unusual requirements it will probably handle them. See Reditus vs Post Affiliate Pro for a comparison.

Pricing: from $89/month list price (promotional discounts are often running); 30-day free trial.

Enterprise partnership platforms and affiliate networks

These platforms are built for organizations with dedicated partnership teams running affiliate, reseller, and referral motions at once. Expect a sales process, annual contracts, and custom pricing rather than a self-serve signup. What to look for: whether the partner base actually matches B2B SaaS, what the all-in cost looks like once take rates and add-ons are included, and how long implementation takes. For a deeper look at network options, see our guide to the best B2B affiliate marketing networks.

7. PartnerStack

Screenshot from PartnerStack website.

PartnerStack is the best-known enterprise partner ecosystem platform in B2B software: affiliate, referral, and reseller programs plus a partner marketplace, used by companies like monday.com and PandaDoc. It is a strong fit when you have a team dedicated to partnerships and budget to match. Pricing is not published: plans and pricing are confirmed during a demo, and contracts are annual. See Reditus vs PartnerStack for how the self-serve and enterprise approaches differ.

Pricing: custom, confirmed during a demo (no public pricing).

8. impact.com

Screenshot from impact.com website.

impact.com runs one of the largest partnership management platforms in the industry, spanning affiliates, influencers, and publishers. Its partner base skews broad (retail, travel, and consumer apps alongside software), so B2B SaaS teams should check how much of the ecosystem is relevant to them. Powerful, but sized and priced for enterprise. See Reditus vs Impact for a comparison.

Pricing: custom, available via demo request only.

9. CJ Affiliate

Screenshot from CJ Affiliate website.

CJ Affiliate (formerly Commission Junction) is one of the oldest and largest affiliate networks in the world, with a huge publisher base and decades of infrastructure. Most of its ecosystem serves retail and consumer brands, so it is the right call when your product also sells to consumers or you want access to large media publishers, less so for a pure B2B SaaS motion.

Pricing: not published, contact CJ to get started.

Affiliate discovery and recruitment tools

A program without affiliates is just software. If your platform does not bring partners to you (Reditus covers this natively with its marketplace, vetted database, and AI discovery agent), you will be finding and pitching them yourself: bloggers, newsletter operators, agencies, and B2B creators. What to look for in standalone recruitment tools: contact data quality, email deliverability, and whether the tool manages ongoing relationships rather than one-off blasts.

HunterFree plan; paid from $34/mo (annual)Finding and verifying affiliate contact emails
Expandi$99/moLinkedIn outreach to B2B partners and agencies
BuzzStream$19/moManaging outreach relationships and follow-ups

10. Hunter

Screenshot from Hunter website.

Hunter finds and verifies professional email addresses, the unglamorous first step of every affiliate recruitment campaign. Point it at the blogs and companies you want as partners and it returns the right inboxes, with a B2B contact database and simple cold-outreach campaigns built in.

Pricing: free plan with 50 credits/month; paid plans from $34/month billed annually ($49 month-to-month).

11. Expandi

Screenshot from Expandi.io website.

Expandi automates LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, behavior-triggered sequences, and email follow-ups. Since many of the best B2B SaaS affiliates (consultants, agencies, community builders) live on LinkedIn, it is a natural recruitment channel that most affiliate teams underuse.

Pricing: $99/month (annual billing saves 20%); 7-day free trial.

12. BuzzStream

Screenshot from BuzzStream website.

BuzzStream is an outreach CRM built for digital PR and link building that maps neatly onto affiliate recruitment: build prospect lists, send personalized sequences, and track every relationship so promising partners do not fall through the cracks. Its newer ListIQ AI tooling speeds up list building considerably.

Pricing: from $19/month (Solo); free trial available.

13. Pitchbox

Screenshot from Pitchbox website.

Pitchbox is outreach software at agency scale: prospecting, multi-stage personalized follow-ups, and pipeline reporting for teams sending thousands of emails a month. Overkill for a founder recruiting their first ten affiliates, right-sized for an agency or in-house team running recruitment as a constant motion.

Pricing: from $210/month billed annually ($300 month-to-month).

Affiliate payment and payout tools

Most B2B SaaS teams will not need a dedicated payout tool: modern affiliate platforms automate payouts natively (Reditus does on every plan, with PayPal as the default rail). Dedicated payout infrastructure earns its keep when you are paying hundreds of partners across multiple programs or need merchant-of-record tax handling. What to look for: supported countries and currencies, tax form collection (W-9/W-8), and the real per-transaction cost on top of the platform fee. Before committing to commission rates, model the numbers with our affiliate marketing calculator.

14. Tipalti

Screenshot from Tipalti website.

Tipalti automates accounts payable and mass payments: supplier onboarding, tax form collection, and payouts to partners around the world. For affiliate use cases the relevant product is Mass Payments, which handles paying large partner bases across countries and currencies with compliance built in.

Pricing: Mass Payments plans from $249/month, AP automation from $99/month, plus per-transaction fees.

15. Trolley

Screenshot from Trolley website.

Trolley is a payouts platform aimed at businesses paying creators, artists, and affiliates: recipient onboarding, global bank and PayPal payouts, and tax reporting, sold as modules you combine. Note the pricing has moved firmly upmarket since this guide was first written: it is now positioned for companies with meaningful payout volume.

Pricing: Pay module from $2,399/year (about $200/month), plus transaction fees; custom Trolley Plus tier available.

16. Lumanu

Screenshot from Lumanu website.

Lumanu has grown from creator payouts into payment and compliance infrastructure for the wider creator economy: it acts as a merchant of record, handling vendor onboarding, consolidated invoicing, and tax compliance (W-9s, W-8s, 1099 filings) across 200+ countries. Relevant if your affiliate base overlaps heavily with creators and influencers and you want one compliant counterparty.

Pricing: not published, available on request.

Tracking, analytics and reporting tools

Your affiliate platform attributes referrals; these tools show you everything around that: which pages affiliate traffic lands on, how it converts, and how the channel trends over time. The good news: this entire category is free.

17. Google Analytics 4

Screenshot from Google Analytics website.

Google Analytics 4 remains the default way to understand traffic and conversion behavior. For affiliate programs, use it to see how referral traffic behaves after the click: landing page performance, funnel drop-off, and which affiliate-sourced segments actually activate. It complements (but does not replace) your affiliate platform's attribution.

Pricing: free (Google Analytics 360, the enterprise tier, is paid).

18. Google Tag Manager

Screenshot from Google Tag Manager website.

Google Tag Manager lets you deploy and update tracking scripts (including your affiliate platform's snippet) without shipping code. Most affiliate tracking installations, Reditus included, can be done through GTM in minutes, which keeps marketing self-sufficient and engineering happy.

Pricing: free.

19. Looker Studio

Screenshot from Looker Studio website.

Looker Studio turns your scattered data (GA4, Search Console, spreadsheet exports from your affiliate platform) into shareable dashboards. Build one view that shows affiliate-sourced signups next to content performance and you will spot which partners and pages actually drive revenue.

Pricing: free (a paid Pro tier adds team features).

Content and SEO tools

Content is where affiliate marketing compounds: affiliates write comparisons and reviews, and your own content is how potential affiliates discover your program in the first place. What to look for: keyword and competitor research you will actually use, and lightweight tools for producing affiliate enablement material (walkthroughs, banners, and copy your partners can reuse).

Content and SEO tools compared (prices verified July 2026)

ToolStarting priceBest for
Semrush$117.33/mo (annual)Keyword and competitor research
Google Search ConsoleFreeTracking organic performance

WordPress.orgFree (hosting extra)Publishing affiliate content
LoomFree plan; Business ~$15/user/mo (annual)Video walkthroughs for affiliates
CanvaFree plan; Pro $15/moBanners and creatives for affiliates

20. Semrush

Screenshot from Semrush website.

Semrush is the workhorse for keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink data. For affiliate programs it does double duty: find the terms your affiliates should target, and analyze who ranks for your competitors' comparison keywords: those sites are your best recruitment prospects.

Pricing: from $139/month, or $117.33/month billed annually; 7-day free trial.

21. Google Search Console

Screenshot from Google Search Console website.

Google Search Console shows exactly which queries bring people to your site and where you rank. Use it to find pages one push away from page one (including, usefully, your own affiliate program landing page) and to verify that affiliate-focused content is gaining traction.

Pricing: free.

22. ChatGPT

Screenshot from ChatGPT website.

ChatGPT earns its slot for the unglamorous work: drafting outreach emails, turning one case study into five formats, and writing first drafts of affiliate onboarding docs. A practical tip: give your affiliates a source-of-truth document about your product, because much of their content will be AI-assisted and you want the facts right.

Pricing: free tier available; ChatGPT Plus is $20/month.

23. WordPress.org

Screenshot from WordPress.org website.

WordPress still powers a huge share of the blogs your affiliates publish on, and it remains a solid, fully-owned home for your program's content hub. Open source and endlessly extensible, with an ecosystem of SEO and affiliate-disclosure plugins.

Pricing: free, open source; you pay for hosting and your domain.

24. Loom

Screenshot from Loom website.

Loom makes quick screen recordings, perfect for affiliate enablement. Record a five-minute product walkthrough once and every new affiliate can see exactly how to demo your tool, what the dashboard looks like, and which features convert. Far more effective than a PDF nobody reads.

Pricing: free plan (25 videos); Business from about $15/user/month billed annually ($18 month-to-month).

25. Canva

Screenshot from Canva website.

Canva is the fastest way to produce the creative assets a program needs: banners in every size, social templates affiliates can localize, and one-pagers for partner pitches. Brand kits keep everything your affiliates produce on-brand without a designer in the loop.

Pricing: free plan; Canva Pro from $15/month.

Email marketing and lead capture tools

Email is how you keep affiliates engaged (newsletters, campaign announcements, leaderboards) and how you capture the audience your affiliate content attracts. What to look for: automation triggers, clean segmentation, and a free tier generous enough to start on.

26. Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

Screenshot from Kit (formerly ConvertKit) website.

Kit (ConvertKit's new name since its 2024 rebrand) is email marketing built for creators, which makes it a favorite among the newsletter operators and bloggers who become your best affiliates. For program operators it handles affiliate newsletters, automated onboarding sequences, and landing pages without heavyweight setup.

Pricing: free up to 10,000 subscribers; paid Creator plan from $33/month ($390/year).

27. OptinMonster

Screenshot from OptinMonster website.

OptinMonster turns content traffic into leads with popups, slide-ins, and exit-intent forms. Put it to work on the pages your affiliates send traffic to: capturing visitors who are not ready to sign up yet protects the value of every affiliate click.

Pricing: from $7/month billed annually (introductory first-year rate; renews at standard pricing).

Landing page and conversion optimization tools

Affiliate traffic only pays off if your pages convert it, and experienced affiliates can tell within minutes whether your site converts before they agree to promote you. What to look for: fast page building without engineering, behavior insight (where visitors hesitate or drop), and testing once you have the traffic to support it.

28. Unbounce

Screenshot from Unbounce website.

Unbounce builds and A/B tests landing pages without engineering time. For affiliate programs it is ideal for dedicated partner landing pages: a page tailored to a specific affiliate's audience converts far better than your generic homepage, and Unbounce makes spinning up variants cheap.

Pricing: from $22/month billed annually ($29 month-to-month); 14-day free trial.

29. Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity gives you heatmaps, session recordings, and AI-generated summaries of user behavior, completely free, with no traffic limits. It has become the obvious first behavior-analytics tool now that Hotjar's brand has been folded into Contentsquare's enterprise platform. Watch real sessions from affiliate-referred visitors to see exactly where your signup flow loses them.

Pricing: free, no traffic limits.

30. Optimizely

Screenshot from Optimizely website.

Optimizely is the enterprise experimentation platform: A/B, multi-page, and server-side testing with a serious analytics engine behind it. It belongs in this list for teams with enough traffic to run statistically meaningful tests on the funnels their partners feed; below that threshold, start with Clarity and Unbounce.

Pricing: custom, every plan is individually packaged.

Privacy rules apply to affiliate marketing like everything else: your site needs a compliant cookie banner for analytics and marketing cookies, plus up-to-date privacy policies and affiliate disclosures. Worth knowing: attribution-only affiliate cookies that do not profile visitors (the way Reditus tracks) do not themselves trigger a consent requirement, but the rest of your marketing stack usually does.

31. Usercentrics Cookiebot

Screenshot from Usercentrics Cookiebot website.

Cookiebot (now part of Usercentrics) automatically scans your site, categorizes cookies, and serves a compliant consent banner for GDPR and similar regulations. The standard choice for SaaS sites that want consent management handled without building anything.

Pricing: free tier (one domain, up to 50 subpages); paid plans from €7/month; 14-day free trial.

32. Termly

Screenshot from Termly website.

Termly bundles consent management with generated legal policies: privacy policy, terms, and (relevant here) affiliate disclosure documents that keep your program on the right side of FTC requirements. A cost-effective all-in-one for smaller teams.

Pricing: free tier; paid plans from $10/month billed annually ($14 month-to-month).

CRM and partner relationship tools

Your best affiliates deserve account-management treatment: notes, follow-ups, and a pipeline view of recruitment conversations. What to look for: enough structure to track relationships without forcing a heavyweight sales process onto a partnerships workflow.

33. HubSpot

Screenshot from HubSpot website.

HubSpot's CRM is a natural home for partner relationship data, and its free tier covers the basics: contacts, deals, and email tracking. If you run your affiliate program on Reditus, affiliate and advocate data can be pushed into HubSpot directly via the native integration, so partner context lives where your team already works.

Pricing: free CRM tools; Marketing Hub Starter currently listed from $7/seat/month billed annually ($20 month-to-month).

34. Airtable

Screenshot from Airtable website.

Airtable is the flexible middle ground between a spreadsheet and a CRM: ideal for affiliate recruitment pipelines, content calendars shared with partners, and tracking who received which enablement assets. Start on the free plan and add structure as the program grows.

Pricing: free plan; Team from $20/user/month billed annually.

35. Kiflo

Screenshot from Kiflo website.

Kiflo is a dedicated partner relationship management (PRM) platform: partner portals, deal registration, and shared pipelines. It sits above affiliate software: relevant when you manage reseller and referral partners alongside affiliates and need one system for all of them. Note that its pricing has moved sharply upmarket since earlier versions of this guide.

Pricing: Core plan from $399/month, paid annually.

How to choose the right affiliate marketing tools

  • Start from the job, not the feature list. Pick the category where your program is weakest (usually management first, recruitment second) and solve that before adding anything else.
  • Calculate total cost of ownership. Platform fee plus payout fees plus transaction costs: a cheap subscription with expensive payouts can cost more than a pricier all-in-one.
  • Check billing-stack fit before anything else. If your affiliate platform cannot attribute payments from your billing system reliably, nothing downstream matters.
  • Be honest about recruitment. Software alone does not bring affiliates: if you do not have a recruitment channel, weight platforms with a network and discovery built in.
  • Use the trials. Nearly every management platform here offers 7–30 days free: install the tracking, run a test conversion, and judge the product on your own data.

Conclusion: build the stack for the job

You do not need 35 tools: you need the right one per job, added when the job actually appears. A typical B2B SaaS stack starts with an affiliate management platform, the free analytics trio, and a consent tool, then layers in recruitment, enablement, and optimization tooling as the program earns it.

If recruitment is the job you need solved, that is the one Reditus was built for: program management plus a 26,000+ B2B SaaS affiliate network, from $99 per month with a 14-day free trial. And before you set commission rates for any platform on this list, sanity-check the economics with the affiliate marketing calculator.

Joran Hofman

Meet the author

Back in 2020 I was an affiliate for 80+ SaaS tools and I was generating an average of 30k in organic visits each month with my site. Due to the issues I experienced with the current affiliate management software tools, it never resulted in the passive income I was hoping for. Many clunky affiliate management tools lost me probably more than $20,000+ in affiliate revenue. So I decided to build my own software with a high focus on the affiliates, as in the end, they generate more money for SaaS companies.
