Can I earn per click or per lead?

No. You earn when someone you referred becomes a paying customer; a click or a signup alone earns nothing. Most programs pay a recurring commission: a set percentage for a set number of months, and some pay for the customer's lifetime. On top of that, programs can pay one-off commissions and campaign bonuses, for example a bonus for a blog article or a YouTube video you create.

How do I earn my first commission?

  1. Join a program in the marketplace. Programs with auto-accept approve you right away.
  2. Share your affiliate link with your audience.
  3. Someone signs up through your link: that is your referral.
  4. The referral becomes a paying customer, and you earn your commission.

Good places for your link: your newsletter, your social profile and posts, your existing blog posts and new content you write. The full guide: How to earn your first commission.

Who can join as an affiliate?

Joining Reditus is free. Bloggers, newsletter writers, YouTubers, communities, agencies and consultants all join as affiliates. Each SaaS company reviews applications to its own program, so a program can still decline your application.

What do programs look at when I apply?

Each SaaS company reviews applications itself. It sees your answers to its application questions and, if you connected them, your Google Analytics or YouTube data, which proves you own the channel and shows where your traffic comes from. Programs vet on where your traffic is, not where you live, so connect your platforms and answer the questions fully. Programs with auto-accept approve you right away.

Why connect Google Analytics, YouTube or LinkedIn?

It shows SaaS companies that you own the channel, and with Google Analytics or YouTube also where your traffic comes from. Some campaigns ask you to connect a platform before you can join, and a vetted profile needs one too.

Where can I find my affiliate link?

In your dashboard, under Links in the left menu. Your links show up once a program has accepted you, so an empty page means no program has accepted you yet. Want to start right away? Filter the marketplace on auto-accept: those programs accept you immediately.

How do I change my affiliate link slug?

You change your slug yourself, in your dashboard. Your link is the company's website address followed by ?red= and your slug, so a new slug changes your links for every program you joined.

After the change, only your new link works. Clicks and signups on your old link are no longer credited to you, so update every link you have already published.

What is a pending payout?

A payout is pending from the 1st of the month, when it is created, until the SaaS company has paid Reditus. Each company pays at its own moment in the month, and Reditus pays you as soon as it has, before the end of the month.

No payout yet? Your commissions in that program may not have passed its payout threshold, or the 1st of the month hasn't come yet. Also check that your payment settings have a payout method: without one, your payout is held. More in When and how affiliates get paid.

Can I be paid in another way than PayPal?

Yes. In your payment settings you choose PayPal, Wise or IBAN bank transfer, and you can change it any time. IBAN bank transfers go to European bank accounts only, so outside Europe, use PayPal or Wise. Payoneer, international bank transfers and crypto are not possible. Reditus pays you, so you don't have to agree on a payout method with each SaaS company. We recommend Wise: with a Wise account, your payouts are free, while a bank transfer can cost anywhere from $0 to $50, depending on where the money goes.

Can I get an invoice for my payouts?

Reditus can't issue one, but you can create your own invoice with Reditus's company details (Reditus B.V., Kapelweg 12, 3951 AC Maarn, The Netherlands, VAT NL861156420B01, KvK 77814487) and send it to info@getreditus.com. Your payout may already have gone out by then, and that's fine.

Do you need a W-9 or another US tax form?

No. Reditus doesn't handle US tax forms, such as the W-9.

Why were my commissions rejected?

Programs can automatically reject referrals that come from the same IP address, the same email address or Google paid ads; those referrals are marked as potential fraud. Each program also decides on its own terms, so if you think a rejection is wrong, contact the SaaS company. If a referral paid and you still see no commission, ask us in the chat.

Can I run paid ads?

It depends on the program. Each SaaS company sets its own paid-ads policy, shown on the program's landing page in Reditus. Programs can automatically reject referrals that come from Google paid ads, so check the policy before you start running ads.

Reditus's own affiliate program allows paid ads, including ads on the Reditus brand name.

Can I promote Reditus itself?

Yes. Reditus's own affiliate program pays up to 40% for 36 months, with a 30-day cookie and a $50 payout threshold, and you are accepted automatically. You can earn twice: refer a SaaS company to Reditus, then promote that company's own program on Reditus too. Join through the Reditus listing in the marketplace, or read more on our affiliate program page.

Why was my affiliate profile rejected?

The Reditus team reviews every vetted profile before it joins the vetted affiliate database, and not every profile is approved. A vetted profile needs connected first-party data from Google Analytics, YouTube or LinkedIn. If yours isn't approved, you see the reason, and you can improve your profile and submit it again. More in How to create an affiliate profile.

Who decides on my application, commissions and campaign submissions?

The SaaS company. Each company decides on its own program: who joins, its terms, and which campaign submissions it accepts. Submissions are reviewed by hand, typically within 1 to 5 business days. Reditus can't accept your application or approve a submission on a company's behalf, so contact the SaaS company directly: its program page can show a contact person or email the company added. Can't reach it? Ask us in the chat.

Can I log in with Google?

Yes. Like SaaS companies, affiliates can log in with Google or with their email address and password. Was your account created for you when a SaaS company moved its program to Reditus? Google login works for that account too, as long as your Google account uses the same email.

How do I delete my account?

There is no delete button in the app. Ask us in the chat to delete your account, and we delete it for you. For a formal data-protection request, email privacy@getreditus.com.
