How to change your password?

You change your Reditus password by resetting it. This works the same for SaaS and affiliate accounts.

Reset your password

If you're logged in, log out first. Then work through these steps.

1. Go to app.getreditus.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter the email address you use for Reditus.
3. Open the link in the email. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
4. Set up a new password.

Signed up with Google?

Both SaaS and affiliate accounts can log in with Google instead of a password. If that's how you signed up, use the Google option on the login page.

The reset email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, then request the email again.
• Make sure you use the email address of your Reditus account. Affiliate and SaaS accounts are separate, and each email address can hold only one account.
• Still nothing? Ask for a human in the support chat, or email info@getreditus.com, and we'll sort it out.
