HubSpot Setup Guide for Reditus

The two HubSpot integrations

Reditus has two HubSpot integrations:

1. Send affiliate data from Reditus to HubSpot (this article).
2. Capture referrals from HubSpot forms and calendar bookings on your website: see the HubSpot calendar integration.

Why use this integration?

The integration pushes your affiliate and advocate data into HubSpot, so you can:

• start your own onboarding email sequences for new affiliates;
• keep your affiliates informed with your own newsletters;
• see in HubSpot which signups came through Reditus.

Connect Reditus and HubSpot

1. Log in to Reditus.
2. Open your integrations settings, select HubSpot and click Connect.
3. Turn on a predefined flow. Reditus offers predefined flows to push data to HubSpot; you need to connect HubSpot before you can activate one.
4. Map the Reditus fields to the HubSpot properties where you want the data to go.
5. Add more flows if you need them.

Create the matching properties in HubSpot first, so the data has somewhere to go.

Connected, but no data in HubSpot?

Reditus pushes data to HubSpot about every 15 minutes, so give new data a little time to appear. If it still doesn't show up, most often the matching properties were not created in HubSpot. Create HubSpot properties for the data Reditus sends, then check that your flows use them. Still no data? Ask us in the chat.

Disconnect Reditus from HubSpot

After you disconnect, affiliate and referral data no longer syncs with HubSpot. Data that is already in HubSpot stays on your HubSpot records.

1. Log in to Reditus.
2. Go to Settings > Integrations.
3. Click the HubSpot integration.
4. Select Disconnect.
