Manually uploading an referral (as affiliate)

In an ideal world everyone would use your link when signing up to a SaaS tool. That will not always be the case, so there are times when you need to upload a referral manually.

This is useful for agencies, consultants, or any other kind of affiliate who wants to import their existing clients.

How to import a referral

1. Go to the 'Referrals' section. From your dashboard, find the menu on the left-hand side and click 'Referrals' to open your referrals management page.
2. Click 'Import referrals'. The button sits in the top-right corner of the Referrals page. Use it to add referral details to your SaaS partnerships manually.
3. Enter the referral information. A form opens with the required fields.

• Affiliate program: select the SaaS company you want to import the referral for.
• Referral email: input the referral email address.

1. Wait for approval. The referral gets one of three statuses.

• Accepted: all new payments will generate a commission.
• Declined: no commissions will be generated, and you will receive a reason for declining the referral.
• Pending: if it stays pending, contact the SaaS company and ask them to review it for you.
