When and How Affiliates Get Paid on Reditus

Reditus pays you. Commissions you earn in a month go into a payout on the 1st of the following month, per program, once your commissions in that program pass its payout threshold. Reditus pays you as soon as the SaaS company has paid Reditus, so you are paid before the end of that month.

Four things need to be in place before the money reaches your account:

1. Someone you referred becomes a paying customer.
2. Your commissions in that program pass its payout threshold.
3. You have a payout method in your payment settings.
4. The SaaS company has paid Reditus for that month's payouts.

1. Earn commissions

A signup alone earns nothing. You earn when someone you referred becomes a paying customer. Each program pays a set percentage for a set number of months, for example 10% for 12 months, and some pay for the customer's lifetime. One-off commissions and campaign bonuses go into your payouts the same way.

Each program's landing page in Reditus shows its commission percentage and how long it pays.

2. Pass the program's payout threshold

Each program sets its own payout threshold. You are paid by a program once your commissions in that program pass it; until then they keep adding up, month after month. New programs start at $100, and the SaaS company can change it.

You find the threshold on the program's landing page in Reditus. Earnings from different programs are not combined, so every program's threshold counts on its own.

3. Add your payout method

Choose how you want to be paid in your payment settings: PayPal, Wise or IBAN bank transfer. You can change it any time and set a new default. We recommend Wise: with a Wise account, your payouts are free.

• IBAN bank transfers go to European bank accounts only. Reditus doesn't make international bank transfers, so outside Europe, use PayPal or Wise.
• If PayPal doesn't work in your country, choose Wise, or IBAN for a European bank account.
• Payouts through Payoneer or in crypto are not possible.

Without a payout method, Reditus can't pay you. Your payout is held, and we email you to add one. Once you have a payout method and have passed the program's threshold, your payouts go out automatically.

4. The payout is created on the 1st

On the 1st of each month, the commissions you earned in the previous month go into a payout, per program. The payout is pending until the SaaS company has paid Reditus.

5. Reditus pays you

Each SaaS company pays Reditus at its own moment in the month: some early, some at the end. Reditus pays you as soon as that company has paid, so you are paid before the end of the month.

If the company hasn't paid by the end of the month, the payout turns overdue on the 1st of the next month. Reditus can only pay you after the company has paid, so an overdue payout means the company hasn't paid yet.

Payout statuses

• Pending: the payout was created on the 1st and waits for the SaaS company to pay Reditus.
• Overdue: the SaaS company didn't pay it by the end of that month.
• Paid: Reditus has paid it out to you.

Fees, VAT and invoices

Reditus takes nothing from your commissions: the SaaS company pays the payout fee. The payout method you choose may charge its own fees. Wise is free if you have a Wise account. A bank transfer can cost anywhere from $0 to $50, depending on where the money goes, and PayPal may charge when you receive money in another currency. Reditus doesn't control those fees.

When Reditus pays you, you don't have to handle VAT on the payout itself. This isn't tax advice: check your own income tax with a tax advisor.

Reditus can't issue a receipt or invoice for your payouts. Need an invoice for your bookkeeping? Create one yourself with our company details (Reditus B.V., Kapelweg 12, 3951 AC Maarn, The Netherlands, VAT NL861156420B01, KvK 77814487) and send it to info@getreditus.com. Your payout may already have gone out by then, and that's fine.

Reditus doesn't handle US tax forms, such as the W-9.

Something not right?

• No payout yet: check that your commissions in that program passed its threshold, and that your payment settings have a payout method.
• Overdue for a while: the SaaS company hasn't paid yet. If it stays overdue, ask us in the chat.
• Marked paid, but no money: check the payout details in your payment settings, then ask us in the chat or email info@getreditus.com so we can check it.
