Affiliate: FAQ for payouts

Short answers to the payout questions we get most. The full walkthrough is in When and how affiliates get paid.

Who pays me?

Reditus pays you. The SaaS company pays Reditus first, and Reditus then pays that program's affiliates. If the company doesn't pay, Reditus can't pay out those commissions.

When do I get paid?

Commissions you earn in a month go into a payout on the 1st of the following month, per program, once your commissions in that program pass its payout threshold. You are paid before the end of that month: each SaaS company pays Reditus at its own moment in the month, and Reditus pays you as soon as it has.

Can I speed up my payout?

No, the timing follows the monthly cycle and the program's threshold. You can make sure nothing holds it up: add a payout method in your payment settings, and check the program's threshold on its landing page in Reditus.

Which payout methods can I use?

PayPal, Wise or IBAN bank transfer. You choose your default in your payment settings and can change it any time. IBAN bank transfers go to European bank accounts only, so outside Europe, use PayPal or Wise. Payoneer, international bank transfers and crypto are not possible. We recommend Wise: with a Wise account, your payouts are free.

I haven't added a payout method. What happens?

Reditus can't pay you yet. Your payout is held, and we email you to ask you to add a payout method. Once you have one and your commissions in a program pass its threshold, your payouts go out automatically.

Is there a minimum payout?

Yes. Each program sets its own payout threshold, shown on the program's landing page in Reditus. New programs start at $100, and the SaaS company can change it. Until you pass it, your commissions keep adding up month to month. Earnings from different programs are not combined.

What do pending, overdue and paid mean?

• Pending: the payout was created on the 1st and waits for the SaaS company to pay Reditus.
• Overdue: the SaaS company didn't pay it by the end of that month.
• Paid: Reditus has paid it out to you.

Does Reditus charge me a fee?

No. Reditus takes nothing from your commissions; the SaaS company pays the payout fee. Your payout method may charge its own fees. Wise is free if you have a Wise account. A bank transfer can cost anywhere from $0 to $50, depending on where the money goes, and PayPal may charge on a currency conversion.

Do I need to handle VAT on my payouts?

When Reditus pays you, you don't have to handle VAT on the payout itself. Your own income tax is yours to check with a tax advisor.

Can I send Reditus an invoice?

Yes, if you need one for your bookkeeping. Reditus can't issue a receipt or invoice for your payouts, so create your own invoice with our company details and send it to info@getreditus.com. Your payout may already have gone out by then, and that's fine.

Do I need to fill in a W-9 or another US tax form?

No. Reditus doesn't handle US tax forms, such as the W-9. Your own taxes are yours to check with a tax advisor.

My payout says paid, but I didn't get the money.

Check the payout method and details in your payment settings. If they're correct, ask us in the chat or email info@getreditus.com so we can check it.

Where do I see my payouts?

In your dashboard. It shows the payouts of every program you joined, with their status.
