The learning path
Seven tracks, one timeline
The migration track is the door for programs moving from another platform. Everyone else starts at Track 0 and walks the timeline.
Starting from zero
The timeline, track by track
Each track states the outcome, the realistic timing, the milestones you tick off before moving on, and what "in trouble" looks like at that stage.
Should you run an affiliate program at all?
Decide, honestly, whether an affiliate program will work for your SaaS right now, and know what to expect if you start.
Build the machine
Tracking is provably working, commissions are designed from the affiliate side, and the program rules are set before a single affiliate is recruited.
Get your first affiliates in
Thirty to sixty affiliates approved in month one if you are listed, recruited from your own network first, from all four surfaces, and vetted on traffic rather than location.
Activate your affiliates
Approved affiliates actually publish: the first ask prepared for them, onboarding emails on, one campaign paying for the first action, the quick wins taken, and the movers identified before you recruit anyone else.
From clicks to revenue
Read your program numbers in the right order, know when the first paid customer realistically lands, and tell a slow program from a dying one before month four.
Replicate what works and scale the channel
Turn a working program into a channel with a number attached: tiers that reward the affiliates who carry it, a paid-ads policy you can enforce, affiliates equipped to win search and AI answers, and a report a board understands.
How this Academy works
Built to be done, not only read
Next steps, with a number
Every lesson ends with what to do before the next one, and how much of it counts as done. Inviting three affiliates is not recruiting.
The help centre stays the reference
Lessons teach sequence, timing and judgement. The exact clicks live in the help articles they hand off to.
Honest about failure
Each track lists the signals of a program going quietly wrong at that stage, and which lesson fixes it.
