Affiliate Program Reporting & Analytics (SaaS)
Reditus gives you full-funnel visibility on your affiliate program, so you can see exactly how affiliates impact revenue and not just clicks. The metrics below tell you which partners deserve more investment and where the funnel leaks.
Core metrics to monitor
1. Click-to-signup conversion rate
Measures how effectively affiliates turn traffic into signups. The healthy range for B2B SaaS is roughly 2-8%.
Use it to identify affiliates sending unqualified traffic, and to spot landing pages that need CRO work.
If the rate is low:
- Check audience-offer fit per affiliate
- A/B test landing page headlines, CTAs, and social proof
2. Signup-to-paid conversion rate
Shows whether affiliate-referred users become paying customers. The healthy range for B2B SaaS is roughly 5-15%.
Use it to validate lead quality from each affiliate, and to keep incentives aligned with revenue rather than vanity signups.
If an affiliate has many signups but few paid conversions:
- Review their messaging and promises
- Tighten qualification criteria or adjust the commission model
3. MRR from affiliates
Your primary ROI metric for the affiliate channel. Track two things:
- Total MRR from affiliate-referred customers
- Net changes from upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Use it to justify program investment and to compare the affiliate channel against your other channels. Reditus automatically attributes MRR to the correct affiliate and updates it as subscriptions change.
4. Revenue per click (RPC)
Normalizes performance across affiliates with different traffic volumes. Formula: total affiliate-attributed revenue divided by total affiliate clicks.
Use it to identify high-value, low-volume affiliates, and to decide where co-marketing or a higher commission is worth the spend.
5. Churn rate by affiliate
Reveals whether certain affiliates drive customers who leave faster. Use it to detect misaligned expectations in affiliate messaging and to prioritize enablement for affiliates with higher churn.
If churn is consistently high from one affiliate, review their content, promises, and targeting.

Revenue attribution

- First-touch attribution to the affiliate who brought the customer in
- Automatic handling of upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
That keeps commission calculations transparent and accurate, and ROI per affiliate clear.
