How does Reditus pricing work?

Each plan has a flat fee: Growth from 99 per month billed annually (149 per month billed monthly), Scale Up 399 per month and Enterprise from 799 per month, both billed annually. Prices are the same number in EUR and USD. You start with a 14-day free trial on Growth, no credit card needed; there is no free plan. Reditus pricing covers what each plan includes.

Can I extend my free trial?

Need more time to install and test? Ask us in the chat. Someone from our team extends your trial, typically by another 14 days.

What is the ARR threshold?

Each plan covers an amount of ARR generated through Reditus: up to $60K on Growth, up to $360K on Scale Up, and unlimited on Enterprise. It counts the ARR you generate via your affiliates and advocates, not your company's total ARR.

When the ARR you generate through Reditus crosses your plan's threshold, you move to the next plan. On an annual plan, you then pay the higher plan, prorated, for the rest of your current period, and your end date stays the same.

What does the payout fee cost?

Automated payouts are included on every plan. Each month you pay one overview of your affiliates' commissions plus a payout fee: 5% when you pay by credit card, 2% when you pay by invoice. We then pay your affiliates, and they pay Reditus no fee. See how automated payouts work.

How am I billed?

Reditus subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The Plans page in your settings opens the Stripe customer portal. There you change your card or payment method, download your invoices, cancel your subscription and do anything else Stripe allows for your subscription. Upgrades are prorated. Scale Up and Enterprise are sold through a demo, so to move up to one of them, book a demo or ask us in the chat.

What is your cancellation policy?

Growth billed monthly cancels anytime. Every annual plan is a 12-month contract, Growth annual included; Scale Up and Enterprise are annual only. Cancel from the Plans page in your settings; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. On Scale Up or Enterprise, your marketplace listing is removed when the term ends.

What happens when I cancel or my trial ends?

• Your affiliate links keep working for 30 days, so a failed payment or a change of mind does no harm. After those 30 days the links are terminated, and clicks, referrals and new commissions are no longer tracked.
• You settle all outstanding affiliate payouts, so your affiliates are paid properly.
• You can export your data in the app.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds by default. If you have a specific situation, contact us and we'll look at it with you.

Do you offer discounts?

Only for annual billing: Growth costs 99 per month billed annually, against 149 per month billed monthly. Scale Up and Enterprise are billed annually only. There are no other discounts.
