Does Reditus offer a free plan?

No. Reditus has no free plan. You can start with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan, no credit card needed.

During the trial you can set up your affiliate program and your in-app referral program, invite your own affiliates and use the API. The Affiliate Finder shows 10 results for one market; a paid plan shows more leads and lets you add more markets. Everything related to the Reditus network stays locked in the trial: the vetted affiliate database and a marketplace listing come with Scale Up and Enterprise.

What plans does Reditus offer?

Three plans, each with a flat fee. Prices are the same number in EUR and USD (€99 = $99), and the website shows the currency symbol based on your timezone.

• Growth: 99 per month billed annually, or 149 per month billed monthly, for up to $60K ARR generated through Reditus. Nearly everything you need to launch your in-app referral program and your affiliate program, automated payouts included.
• Scale Up: 399 per month, annual billing only, for up to $360K ARR. Everything in Growth, plus a marketplace listing, the vetted affiliate database, public campaigns, a dedicated account manager and priority Slack Connect.
• Enterprise: from 799 per month, annual billing only, with no ARR limit. Everything in Scale Up, plus white-glove onboarding, a named Customer Success Manager, premium support with a custom SLA and custom contracts.

What counts toward a plan's ARR threshold?

The ARR you generate through Reditus, via your affiliates and advocates; your company's total ARR doesn't count. When that ARR crosses your plan's threshold, you move to the next plan. Upgrades are prorated: on an annual plan you pay the higher plan for the rest of your current period, and your end date stays the same. You can also move up when you need the features of a higher plan.

When do I get a marketplace listing?

Your program is listed in the marketplace when two things are true: you are on Scale Up or Enterprise with an annual commitment, and your technical installation is complete. It is then listed automatically, so affiliates in our network can find you and apply. The listing is removed when your contract ends.

What are the payout fees?

Automated payouts are included on every plan: Reditus pays your affiliates for you. The payout fee is 5% when you pay by credit card and 2% when you pay by invoice, added on top of the commissions in your monthly payout overview. Your affiliates pay Reditus no fee. See how automated payouts work.

Are there add-ons?

• Featured listing, 150 per month: pins your program to the very top of the marketplace, above every other listing. It needs an active marketplace listing. You buy it on the plans page in the app; it is billed monthly on top of your subscription, and you can cancel it.
• Program Launch Package, 2,500 one-time: a 6-week guided launch with your commission structure designed, your account set up, onboarding emails written, and your first 25+ affiliates recruited and onboarded.
• Done-For-You Program Service, from 2,750 per month with a 6-month minimum: we run your affiliate program, you ship your product.

The Launch Package and the Done-For-You service are available on Scale Up and Enterprise, because both include promoting your program to our network. Contact us to arrange them.

Does migrating from another tool cost extra?

No. Migration is free and white-glove, on any plan, from any tool. It is even possible during the free trial, although most companies choose their plan first.

What is your cancellation policy?

Growth billed monthly cancels anytime. Every annual plan is a 12-month contract, Growth annual included; Scale Up and Enterprise are annual only. You cancel on the Plans page in your settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal; that's also where you update your card and download your invoices. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Billing and pricing explains what happens to your affiliate links and payouts.

Do affiliates pay anything?

No. Joining Reditus as an affiliate is free.
