Calendly integration: track referrals
If booking a demo is your main call to action, connect Calendly, so that demo bookings from affiliate traffic are credited to the affiliate who sent the visitor.
The one requirement: Calendly on your own domain
Embed Calendly on a page of your own website, or one of its subdomains, where the Reditus tracking script runs. Bookings made on calendly.com itself can't be tracked, because that is a different root domain. Our own demo page works this way.
Connect Calendly
- Embed Calendly on a demo page on your own domain, for example yourdomain.com/book-a-demo. Don't send visitors to the Calendly domain.
- In Reditus, open the installation tab in your settings and connect Calendly. For a demo-led funnel, this is step 2 of the installation.
- Keep the Reditus tracking script running on that page. That's all: you don't need HubSpot to track Calendly bookings.
From booking to commission
A booking is not yet a sale. For a commission, the payment has to reach Reditus through Stripe or the Payments API, with the same email as the booking or your own unique ID. Larger accounts can send unique IDs (an account, organization or customer ID), so the funnel can still be followed when the contact person changes.
If you close deals in your CRM and invoice them manually, no payment data reaches Reditus automatically, so you report those deals yourself.
Also have a signup form? Track it too
Calendly covers demo bookings only. If your site also has a signup form, install the signup snippet on it as well, or signups through the form are never credited to your affiliates. Connecting Calendly and forgetting the snippet is the most common setup mistake we see.
Do you book demos through a HubSpot form or calendar instead? Then connect HubSpot rather than Calendly: see the HubSpot calendar integration.
