How to add affiliate notes

With a lot of affiliates, it gets hard to remember what you agreed with each one. Keep those agreements clear by storing them as a note against the affiliate.

Common things to add as a note:

• Different payout method (like IBAN, Wise, or anything else)
• Special deal agreed
• Meeting notes

Add a different payout method for an affiliate

When you have agreed on a different payout method, add it in the drawer that holds more information about the affiliate.

1. Open up the drawer with more information about the affiliate.
2. Add the payment details to the affiliate.
3. Save the notes.

Add notes from the payouts tab

Affiliate notes can also be added on the payouts page.

1. Go to Payouts: https://app.getreditus.com/saas/payouts/pending
2. Open the payout from the affiliate.
3. Add a note to the affiliate.

The note will be shown at the affiliate level and on the next payouts.

Can SaaS companies pay out differently than PayPal?

Yes, but it has to be agreed with the SaaS company, and they add the details in the notes as shown above.

Do notes get overwritten?

Yes. You can make one note per affiliate, so deleting text or changing things overwrites what was there.
