How to add affiliate notes
Written by Joran Hofman, Founder of ReditusWith a lot of affiliates, it gets hard to remember what you agreed with each one. Store it as a note on the affiliate, so you and your team can find it later.
Things worth a note:
- a special deal you agreed, for example for an agency
- what they promised in return, such as an article on their site or a first client within 60 days
- notes from a call or meeting
Add a note to an affiliate
- Go to Affiliates and open Active affiliates.
- Click the affiliate's row to open the drawer with more information about them.
- Add your note and save it.
Each affiliate has one note. You can edit it, overwrite it or add to it, and it can be as long as you need, so keep every agreement with that affiliate in the same note.
Add a note from the payouts page
You can also add a note while you check payouts.
- Go to Payouts.
- Open the affiliate's payout.
- Add your note.
The note is shown on the affiliate and on their next payouts.
Payout details don't go in a note
Affiliates add their own payout method in their payment settings: PayPal, Wise or bank transfer (IBAN, European bank accounts only). Reditus pays your affiliates every month, on every plan, so you never need to store anyone's bank details yourself. More: how automated payouts work.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add more than one note to an affiliate?
Each affiliate has one note. You can edit it, overwrite it or extend it, at any length, so add new agreements to the same note.
Can an affiliate be paid by bank transfer or Wise instead of PayPal?
Yes. Affiliates choose their own payout method in their payment settings: PayPal, Wise or bank transfer (IBAN). Bank transfers go to European bank accounts only. You don't need to add payment details in a note.
How do affiliate payouts work?
On the 1st of each month Reditus creates payouts from the previous month's commissions, for affiliates who passed your payout threshold. You pay the monthly overview by card or invoice, and Reditus then pays your affiliates. This is the same on every plan.
