How to see your performance as an affiliate

Your results move through five stages: clicks, referrals, commissions, payouts and the money in your account. Your dashboard shows them for every program you joined, in one place.

Clicks

A click is a visit through your affiliate link. Your links are under Links in the left menu of your dashboard, and one slug works across every program you joined. Add a sub ID to see which channel performs best, for example your blog against your newsletter: everything about sub IDs.

Referrals

When someone you sent signs up, that signup is your referral, and we email you about it. Attribution is last click: if the person clicks another affiliate's link before signing up, the referral goes to that affiliate. Once the person has signed up, the referral stays with you.

You see each referral's email masked: the first letter, then stars, then the domain. You never see the full email address.

The cookie sits in the browser where your link was clicked, so we can't promise credit when someone signs up on another device.

Commissions

When a referral becomes a paying customer, you earn commission. Each program pays a set percentage for a set number of months, on every payment the customer makes in that period, upgrades and extra seats included, unless the program excluded that product. We email you about new commissions too; you choose which emails you get under Settings, in the Notifications tab.

Payouts

On the 1st of each month, the commissions you earned in the previous month go into a payout, per program, once your commissions in that program pass its payout threshold. Below the threshold, they keep adding up month to month.

Each program sets its own threshold, and you find it on the program's landing page in Reditus. Earnings from different programs are not combined.

A payout is pending while it waits for the SaaS company to pay Reditus, overdue when the company didn't pay by the end of that month, and paid once Reditus has paid you.

Getting paid

Reditus pays you once the SaaS company has paid Reditus, and you are paid before the end of the month. Make sure your payment settings have a payout method: PayPal, Wise or IBAN bank transfer (European bank accounts only). Without one, your payout is held and we email you to add it.
