Manually uploading referrals (SaaS)

Affiliates do not always use their affiliate link. When that happens, you can add the referral yourself by importing it.

Before you start

• You can only import affiliates one-by-one. Want to upload more, or migrate your existing program to Reditus? Contact us in support.
• Each referral needs a partner selected during the import.
• Referrals you upload yourself are automatically accepted.

Import a referral

1. Go to the referrals tab and click on import referral.
2. Pick the affiliate you want to add a referral for.
3. Enter the email of the referral.

When the referral already signed up, make sure to use the same email here. The email is the first unique identifier to see if a referral moved to a paid subscription.

When an affiliate uploads a referral

Affiliates can import referrals too, and those do not get automatically accepted. Uploaded referrals show up in your referrals tab as a request.

You decide whether to accept or decline each one.
