Manually uploading referrals (SaaS)

Affiliates don't always use their link. An agency signs up a client directly, or a consultant's referral comes in after a call. Without a referral in Reditus there is no commission, so import the referral yourself.

Before you start

• There's no bulk import in the app: you import referrals one by one. For a bigger batch, ask us in the chat and we can bulk import them for you. Moving a whole program from another tool? Migrating is free: migrate your affiliate program to Reditus.
• Every referral needs an affiliate selected.
• Referrals you import yourself are approved automatically.

Import a referral

1. Go to Referrals and click Import.
2. Select the affiliate the referral belongs to.
3. Enter the referral's email and your unique ID for them.

Use the same email, or unique ID, that the customer has in Stripe or your payment processor. Reditus matches payments to referrals on it. If they don't match, the customer's payments won't create commissions for the affiliate.

When an affiliate imports a referral

Affiliates can import referrals too, by choosing your program. Those are not approved automatically: they show up under Referrals as a request, and you accept or reject each one. When you reject one, you give a reason, and the affiliate sees it.
