Recruit into existing demand with outreach that scales without sounding like a robot
After this lesson you can
Find the sites that already rank for your topic and link to your competitors, automate the first touch, and take over by hand the moment someone replies.

The fastest affiliates to pay off are the ones who already have your buyers' attention: the article that ranks for the keyword you want, the comparison page that lists your competitors and not you, the newsletter your customers read. Recruiting them means joining demand that already exists instead of waiting for someone to create it. Here is the method, and how to run it without sounding like a robot.
Finding them
Three lists, and the finder from the last lesson builds most of them for you. Sites that link to your direct competitors with an affiliate link: they already promote products like yours for money. Sites that link to the complementary tools your customers use alongside you. And sites that rank for the keywords you want, including the listicles you are absent from; copy the keywords out of your own paid-ads account if you have one.
Prioritise by overlap. A site that recommends three of your three competitors goes to the top of the list, because they have already decided your category is worth writing about. Then narrow to one archetype at a time, publishers or agencies or directories, so the message fits.
The message
Treat this as outbound, because it is. Run it from a separate sending domain so a bad week does not hurt your main one. Sequence the first touch in your own outreach tool, and keep the words that trip spam filters out of the subject line, "earn commissions" included.
The message itself is short and concrete: you noticed the article, you would like to be in it, you will provide the content, and here is what they earn if a reader becomes a customer. Lead with the arithmetic, what ten referred customers are worth, not with the percentage. The offer that lands is fresh content they do not have to write, plus money for something they were already doing.
Then a human
After a couple of hundred emails every hand-written one sounds the same, so automate the opener and take over the moment someone replies. The reply is where the deal is made: what they want, what you can give, whether it is a listing, a full article, a newsletter slot or a hybrid. Reply within a day, yourself.
Verify before you value
Do not take an affiliate's reach on their word. Ask them to connect their analytics or YouTube inside their Reditus profile, which proves they own the property and shows where their traffic actually is. The affiliate in a country you do not sell to whose audience is in your market is a good affiliate. The one with a beautiful media kit and no connected data is a question mark.
Key takeaways
- The fastest affiliates already have your buyers: sites linking to competitors, sites ranking for your keywords, newsletters your customers read.
- Prioritise by overlap. A site recommending three of three competitors goes first.
- Treat outreach as outbound: a separate domain, a sequenced opener, no spam-filter words, the earnings arithmetic in the message.
- Automate the first touch and take over yourself at the reply, within a day.
- Never pay a large amount upfront without a defined outcome. Lower the upfront, add commission.

Do this before the next lesson
Each step says how much counts as done. Doing a third of it and moving on is how programs stall.
Questions we hear at this point
Does the platform send the outreach for us?
No. The finder sources and enriches the prospects; the outreach runs through your own outbound tool, on a separate sending domain, treated as an outbound campaign rather than a marketing email. Export the results and sequence the opener there.
A publisher wants a flat fee to include us. Should we pay it?
Not the whole amount, and not without a defined outcome. Offer a lower upfront fee plus commission on the customers they send, so part of the price is paid on results. Visibility with no promised outcome is how programs lose money fastest.
